Online PCBA Cleaning Machine HJS-7600
SME-7600 is a Water-Soluble Flux PCBA On Line Cleaning Machine 60℃ Hot DI Water Wash And Rinse Machine.
SME-7600 is specially used to clean water-soluble solder paste flux PCBA by using hot DI water.
Machine process: Pre-wash+Wash+ Rinse+Final rinse+ Air blow dry+ Hot air dry.
HJS new developed spray cleaning technology, the system has following advantages:
1. Big quantity PCBA in line cleaning system.
2. Thoroughly clean water-soluble solder paste flux on SMT or THT PCBA after welding.
3. DI water wash sections + DI water rinse section+ Air blow section + hot air dry sections.
4. Fresh DI water supply automatically, post-section DI water overflow to the previous-section to renew DI water.
5. Up/down spray system on wash and rinse sections.
6. DI water spray pressure can be adjusted for different PCBA cleaning requirements.
7. Standard equipped with Resistivity monitoring system, resistivity range 0~18 MΩ.
8. Air knives blow dry section+ hot air dry section.
9. SUS304 stainless PCB flat conveyor net system.
10. PLC control system, English operation interface, easy operation.
11. Many optional functions available.

A2: Yes, normally we heat DI water to 60℃ and we have up and down 2×8 spray rods with different type of spray nozzles. So it can clean very well, some of our customer are using HJS-7600, they like it very much.
